ALTERNATIVE FUEL SOLUTIONS
Alternative Fuel Preparation Solutions
For best performance of burning of alternative fuels in boiler, calciner/ kiln or main burner is to have correct fuel preparation. BSK Global designs and supplies shredders, screens and other equipment for MSW/RDF/SRF, TDF, Biomass, and other materials.
Alternative Fuel Storage & Feed Solutions
āPreparedā alternative fuels needs to stored āintermediaryā phase prior to be used in the next conveying and burning processes. BSK Global designs required āintermediary storageā solutions.
Shredders
For MSW/ RDF/ SRF, TDF and Biomass, BSK Global supplies customized shredders as primary and secondary shredders. These shredders are designed as single rotor or dual rotor depending on the process requirements.
Screens
In order to separate the materials by size, BSK Global supplies ācorrectā type of screens depending on material to be classified, moisture content, capacity and such. Disc, waste, vibrotary and other types of screens are utilized.
Truck Unloading Stations
To off-load freight trucks carrying alternative fuels on a timely basis, but while allowing the next equipment in-line to perform properly, appropriate size and type of truck unloading stations are designed by BSK Global.
Alternative Fuel Feed Systems
BSK Global designs pull floor/ push floor, top driven, and other types of alternative fuel feed systems to take them from intermediary storage to next process.
Fuel Belt
BSK Global design āfuel beltā extends upto 350 meters length and at a maximum angle of 18Ā°. Having very low maintenance, no dust emissions points, and low friction factor leading to low power consumption, BSK Global fuel belt is optimum solution for long distance conveying.
Conveying Equipment
Several types of conveying equipment such as belt conveyors, drag conveyors, screw conveyors, feeders to measure the feed rate, are designed considering difficulties of handling alternative fuels.
Fuel-Jector
Fuel jector is specifically designed and installed to āde-agglomerateā the alternative fuel with tendencies to agglomerate, therefore increasing the uniform burnability of alternative fuel.
